Preet Pannu



Preet Pannu was Called to the Bar in 2014, and co-founded KPA Lawyers in 2016 with her business partner, Ryan Keeney

Her primary areas of practice are family law and personal injury litigation, which includes the following: 

  • divorce

  • separation

  • child custody

  • child support

  • spousal support

  • equalization of net family property

  • matrimonial homes

  • motor vehicle accidents

  • catastrophic injuries

  • accident benefits

  • personal injury tort claims

She has regularly appeared in Superior Court and the Ontario Court of Justice, having represented hundreds of clients.


Preet is also one of a small handful of lawyers in Canada who have experience in Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunication Commission (CRTC) broadcasting licence applications.

Preet enjoys mentoring and guiding new lawyers, and she is an approved Articling Principal by the Law Society of Ontario.

She is also fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
