Prior to becoming a lawyer, Adil Habib was a Chemical Engineer and Senior Project Engineer in the oil & gas industry. He earned his engineering degree from the University of Waterloo, Canada's foremost engineering post-secondary institution.
After deciding to pursue a career in law, Adil earned a Juris Doctor from Bond University in Queensland, Australia, and graduated with Honours.
Adil's primary areas of practise is civil litigation and corporate law. Specifically, he represents clients in construction matters, wrongful dismissal, personal injury, commercial disputes, negligence, defamation, shareholder agreements, securities transactions, directors' & shareholder disputes, etc.
He also practices in estate law, including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and estate litigation.
